RREL has its internal lab facility and our close associate labs are part of an international circuit of laboratories, participate and promotes training activities on EMC, Radio, Safety, EMF, Reliability issues.

Our in house and third-party laboratory services include

• Definition of how to be compliant with rules to be applied to the product
• Definition of the test plan
• Identification of the harmonised technical standards to be applied
• Execution of the tests in the laboratory or at the Customer’s premises
• Issue of test report, BIS, UL, CE and FCC standards
• Preparation of the Technical File
• Consultancy for the resolution of any non-conformities

RREL current facility and upcoming facility are ISO 9001, *IRIS ISO/TS 22163(railways and public transport), ISO 13485 certified, Dekra recognition. ILAC ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation for EMC testing ensures that all laboratory instrumentation will be subjected to periodic metrological verification and that the regulatory references used will be constantly updated.

HDI PCB Assembly

High-Density Interconnect (HDI) SMT Lines – 3D solder paste inspection, high-speed precision

Panasonic chip shooters, 13-zone convection ovens, 3D in-line AOI, X-Ray

Technology – rigid or rigid-flex HDI PCBAs with blind and buried vias and microvias, 0.3mm BGA/FPGA, 01005s to 0201s

Inspection – 100% in-line 3D AOI and X-Ray on every BGA and leadless chip

Operators – IPC/J-STD trained to Class 2 and 3, IPC-A-610 certified inspectors.

Precision PCB Assembly

Precision SMT Lines – 3D solder paste inspection, two (2) high-speed Siemens or Assemble on-chip shooters, 13-zone convection ovens, AOI, X-Ray

Technology – rigid and metal PCBAs, fine-pitch and standard ICs, 0402s to 1206s

Inspection – 100% X-Ray on every BGA and leadless chip, batch AOI

Operators – IPC/J-STD trained to Class 2 and 3, IPC-A-610 certified inspectors

Testing

Dedicated testing team for analog, digital, RF, or power applications, including HP 3070 in-circuit testing (ICT), bed of nails, boundary scan, and JTAG

Automated Conformal Coating
